Through our secure online renewal process, you may access your invoice and renew your Relius Government Forms product license. The online renewal process will also allow you to upgrade or downgrade a product license.

IMPORTANT: You may only downgrade a product license during the renewal process.

You may upgrade after you have already renewed by logging into our   Relius Government Forms Order page.  A login is required, and you may upgrade at any time during the year.

To access your account information for renewal, please enter your Client Number and Invoice Number as shown on the top line of your invoice. If you need assistance, please contact us at 800-326-7235, and select option 6.

All cancellations must be made in writing and mailed to the address and/or fax number listed on your invoice, or emailed to acctgnotify.relius@fisglobal.com.
