Qualified Domestic Relations Orders are very low on most practitioner’s lists of favorite things to administer. They are often poorly drafted, with inadequate attention to the important details. The process of reviewing, correcting, and processing QDROs consistent with the Plan’s procedures is often confusing and cumbersome.
