The conference room rate is $204 per night (single/double occupancy) which includes the resort fee. The resort fee includes in-room high speed internet access, use of the Fitness Center, complimentary scheduled shuttle to Disney Parks & Attractions, local calls, and in-room coffee. Make your Online Reservations. You may also call the Wyndham reservation line at 1-800-996-3426. Identify yourself as part of the "SunGard Advanced Pension Conference" to receive the group rate. The hotel will only hold these rooms until January 14, 2016, at 5:00 PM ET. The room block is currently sold out on certain nights, please email us at relius.education@sungard.com with your arrival and departure dates, we may be able to arrange your accommodations at the adjacent Wyndham properties located on the same grounds.

Please note: make your reservations as soon as possible as the hotel expects an early sell-out due to the Nascar Sprint Cup race in Daytona Beach, FL, taking place on Saturday, February 13, 2016.

Facilities Surcharge
The discounted room rate we negotiated with the host hotel is based on the total number of anticipated sleeping rooms and meeting space booked. If you stay at another hotel, SunGard is held accountable. That means SunGard will pay attrition penalties for the rooms not utilized, which could ultimately increase the registration fees for everyone. To minimize potential penalties, an additional $250 facilities surcharge will be assessed for anyone not staying at the event host hotel. If the $250 facilities surcharge is not paid when you register, we will invoice the amount after the event. Please note: The facilities surcharge does NOT apply to attendees living within a 50-mile radius of the conference location. Multiple attendees staying the same room are not subject to the facilities surcharge, provided each attendee’s name is listed on the hotel reservation.

This custom online Disney Meeting & Convention Ticket Store offers exclusive:
• After 2:00 PM tickets
• After 4:00 PM tickets
• and 10% savings on all multi-day tickets
These tickets are not available at the Disney park ticket windows and must be purchased in advance and before February 10, 2016. These tickets are solely available via this Disney Ticket Website.

Parking at the Wyndham Grand Orlando
Special reduced self-park rates are available for SunGard participants:
• Self-parking: $12 plus tax per day
• Valet parking: $22 plus tax per day
Overnight guests, identify yourself as a SunGard conference attendee at check-in to receive the self-park discounted rate on your hotel invoice. Vouchers will be available for event parking guests at the SunGard’s registration desk.

Guest Room Internet
In-room Internet connection is included in the group room rate.

Conference Registration
The early registration is at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 9. Registration and continental breakfast begin at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 10, and the first session starts at 8:30 a.m.

Weather and Dress Code
February is almost always sunny, with warm days and cool evenings. Dress code is business casual. Meeting room temperatures can vary, so we recommend you bring a sweater or light jacket to sessions.
