DEFINED BENEFIT EMPLOYER AMENDMENTS
These apply to individually designed plans, IDP-formatted volume submitter plans, and any other pre-approved
plans (prototype or volume submitter) where SunGard is the sponsor. (For preapproved plans, this can be
determined by looking at the name shown on the IRS opinion or advisory letter that applies to the plan.)
Employers are required to sign all amendments that are applicable to these plans. If you qualify to receive
