Producing statements and summaries for our clients and participants is one of the most important things we do. It is also one of the most time consuming. When it’s time to report to our plan sponsors, participants and even our financial partners, there’s a lot of work to do. Besides putting together all our results, we must decide what format, what order and even what specific information to provide. Relius Administration can help, though, with this new function. It’s an interface where you decide what to include and exclude, choose some display options, create custom text and keep all the choices for later use. Then you can send the data and options off to have your statements and summaries created, published and distributed. From having to do everything, the process can be condensed into a few choices and clicks.
In this session, we will:
- enable Relius Administration to use the Communication Bundle
- define plan and participant profiles
- create and assign custom text and other information
- assign profiles to plans and groups
- generate statements and summaries for distribution
- view examples of the process
- manage changes and exceptions
