Description: Regulations might require eligible participants to be automatically enrolled in a 401(k) plan until and unless they specifically opt out. The plan could also require this automatic enrollment to be at a specified contribution rate which could go up over time. Even though participants might usually set their own contribution rates or amounts, this might still be something the recordkeeper needs to deal with. Fortunately, Relius Administration has several tools available to help manage this process easily and efficiently.
