What’s Coming in Future Releases

Presenter: Mary Brown
During this session, see what’s scheduled to be released for upcoming versions for both Defined Contribution and 125/Cafeteria. Maybe an enhancement request you entered previously is on the horizon.

DB Viewer
Presenter: Mary Brown
Description: Ever wonder how you could get data out of the system that wasn’t available via a report or export? Maybe you don’t need a report and DB Viewer is the answer. We will demonstrate how to query the database for information you might need as well as some simple updates to turn items on and off in Relius.

Participant Account Import/Export
Mary Brown
Description: The Participant Account Import/Export option allows users to export selected account data within a specified date range for a single account, single transaction or multiple transactions and accounts and can be detailed or summarized. Learn how to best export the data during this session.

Takeover Plans

Presenter: Mary Brown
Description: Learn how to properly setup new takeover plans from setting up the plan, takeover loans, eligibility, and the options for posting the takeover assets.

Plan Entry/Vesting
Presenter: Mary Brown
Description: Plan entry requirements are not only important with a new plan, but for takeover plans as well. Learn what is required for a takeover plan to calculate prior years of service, prior years of service for vesting and when and how to estimate prior entry dates. Why import this information when Relius can do all the work for you?

Compute 1099s and 5500s

Presenter: Mary Brown
Description: Want to know how data is compiled when extracting the data from Relius for import into Government Forms? This session will detail not only what the requirements are but some common issues that users encounter.

Top 10 Support Issues
Mary Brown
Description: What are the Top 10 Support Issues? See what the most common or most timely support issues are that users are calling into Relius Administration Support. We will not only tell you what these issues are, but provide you with the best resolution for them.

Allocated Links
Mary Brown
Description: From setup to import, learn how the allocated link program works within Relius and what vendor options are available.

Straight Through Processing (STP)
Mary Brown
Description: We can spend a lot of time doing things every day that could be done automatically. Straight Through Processing (STP) can automate things like importing files, processing transactions, generating trades and running reports. We can’t cover it all in one session, but this session will introduce how STP can help.

Open Discussion (if time permits)

The user group meeting is a great time to address issues or challenges that you've run into while working in Relius. If you have something specific, please submit your question or situation in advance to Jerri Olson (jerri.olson@fbdmn.com) so that the Relius trainer can be prepared to help you. We will address these as a group at some point during the day.
